Exercises for Growth!
These eight messages explore eight exercises for growing in the Christian life. Just as the physical body needs exercise to build strength, so the spiritual self needs regular exercise in order not to atrophy. There are many more practices for nurturing ones faith that are taught in the Bible besides these. This series is not comprehensive. However, these eight are among the disciplines that are especially important to maintain a thriving faith amidst the challenges of the world, today.
